If your members aren't receiving your push notifications/SMS's, they may of accidentally changed their notification settings in their app. This can happen when their phone prompts them if they want to accept notifications or sometimes from a new phone software update.
To check notifications for your members, or to TURN ON/TURN OFF Push notifications and SMS
notifications using the Members App see below:
- Tap on the three "little iii's" at the top left of the screen. This will take you to "more options".
- Tap on the settings menu option, 4th down from the top.
- You should see "About" & "Notifications", tap "Notifications.
- You will see options for both SMS & Push Notification, check that both alert options are set to green (enabled).
