To update
the email templates available in the finance portal i.e. Payslips, Invoices please follow the below steps.
1. Select Invoice in the finance portal.
2. Select Email Invoices from the drop
down box
3. Select Set Email Protocols
4. Select Invoice, Payslip, Contact Members, Group Certificate or Contact client to load the email body.
5. Update the;
- Email body
- Subject line
- From email address
- Signature
- Upload any attachments (optional)
6.Select Update to save changes
Please note: any changes to the email protocols are ongoing until these are updated
