A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a service that lets you access the web safely and privately by routing your connection through a server.
To access the finance portal without a static IP a Virtual Private Network is needed for security purposes.
Please follow the below steps to set up the VPN for the first time.
PART 1 - Download Cisco AnyConnect
1. Access the below URL
You can either click on the hyperlink above or copy and paste it into your internet browser.
Once the page load you will be faced with the below screen.
2. Click the Advanced Button
3. Click on Proceed to 119.9.176.16
The following page will load.
4. Enter your VPN Username and Password supplied by EntireHR.
Hint: if these have been emailed you can copy and paste directly into this screen.
Please note: The Username and Password are case sensitive.

4. Click on Download for Windows/OS
The installation program will begin to download. It may appear in the footer of your internet browser or you can access this from Downloads in your browser.
5. Click on Next
In the installation wizard pop up.
6. Read the License Agreement, Click on I accept the terms in the License Agreement and hit Next.
7. Click on the Install button.
A pop-up screen will appear select Yes to continue.
8. Select Finish to complete the installation.
Cisco AnyConnect is now downloaded.
PART 2 - Activate VPN
1. Access Cisco AnyConnect
To access and activate the Cisco AnyConnect VPN please open the application. You can search this using your Windows search bar.
2. Enter VPN
It opens a small window to connect to the VPN.
If you are visiting this for the first time you will need to enter the VPN number which is 119.9.176.16 . After the first time connecting the system will save this number and you shouldn't have to re-enter it next time.
3. Update Setting
Because the certificate on your firewall is self-signed, you will need to uncheck the box in Cisco AnyConnect that blocks untrusted servers in the settings of AnyConnect.
4. Connect
Once this has been checked you can select the Connect Option.
And click on Connect Anyway if the below screen pops up.
After clicking Connect Anyway a pop-up screen appear for you to enter in your Credentials.
Please enter
Once you are connected you will see the status of VPN as Connected to 119.9.176.16
Then go top the RDP shortcut file of Finance system you saved on your local computer 
Right Click on the RDP shortcut file > Click on Edit and change the IP address to 172.24.48.*** (Your private IP address provided by Entire starting with 172.*********) and use your normal RDP login credentials to login into Finance system.
Right Click on the RDP shortcut file > Click on Edit and change the IP address to 172.24.48.*** (Your private IP address provided by Entire starting with 172.*********) and use your normal RDP login credentials to login into Finance system. 
You need to do this long process only for the first time and once you set this up, from next time you simply need to login to Cisco AnyConnect and Edit the private IP Address of RDP shortcut file using the edit option in Right Click before you access Finance system from any internet connection other than the Office network.
