1. Select the pencil icon next to the category
This will expand the settings of the document category.
2. Update any of the fields or settings.
Document Type - This is the Document Category Name
Training Documents - If Yes this document Category will display in the Training section of EntireHR staff portal and Applicant Portal
Health Documents - If Yes this document Category will display in the Health section of EntireHR staff portal and Applicant Portal
Display Sequence - This is the display order of the category within the system
Show to Members - If Yes, this document category will display for Members via the App.
Status - If Active the category will show within the system, if set to inactive it will not show.
3. Select the green tick to save
