Within EntireHR there is a feature to ask questions and capture applicants responses known as Competency Questions. This feature allows you to ask the following question types.
- Short Answer
- Multiple Choice
- Yes/No
These questions appear in the Applicant Portal and require an applicant to answer all of the visible questions to complete that stage of their application.
You can have multiple categories of competency questions that can be set to show for specific industries or individual qualifications (where required).
Under each category, you can add questions that will appear only to the applicants matching the settings against the category i.e. If an applicant does not have the qualification against their profile the category of questions will not appear.
