To edit an internal users profile please follow the below steps:


1. Select Masters found in the drop down menu. This will take you to the Main Masters menu.

2. Select EntireHR Users found within Main Masters. This will take you to the Users Page.


3. Select the pencil found in the far left column of the user you wish to edit.

4. Adjust the data you wish to change and select the green tick to save changes made.




If an internal staff member has forgotten their User Credentials you are able to generate these within the Master settings (permitting you have access). To learn how to do this please visit: Retrieving Internal User login credentials
