Within EntireHR there is a field to nominate if a person speaks additional languages. The languages are managed in your systems masters allowing users to add/edit from the available options.
To add a new language please follow the below steps
1. Select Masters > Languages
2. Select 'Add New Language'
3. Define the New language
To edit a Language please follow the below steps
1. Select Masters > Languages
2. Select the Pencil against the Language you wish to edit.
3. Update the require fields and select the green tick to save
