To update the recruitment settings what is is 'Mandatory' or 'Must Comply' please follow the below steps.
1. Select Masters > Member Masters > Customise Recruitment Stages
2. Select the Edit Pencil Icon for the Stage you wish to adjust
3. Update the drop-down box for the Applicable setting and select the green tick to save.
Yes = the stage will flag will be Mandatory/Must Comply
No = the stage will not flag as Mandatory/Must Comply
