The below steps are a continuation of the following article: How to create a brand new Client

1. Update the profile of all mandatory fields and optional fields

2. Select Load Client Street Structure

3. Select the Admin Location once the client tree has loaded

4. Select +Add Service


5. Enter the location name and select Duplicate Client Location in the next screen

6. Update all fields to the service location details 
Please note it is highly important that the following fields are updated as per the service location.

  • Address and Contact Details - Especially Address, Email and Contact Number

  • Reporting Office -  Ensure it is the correct office for the geographical location of the client

  • Online Permissions - Ensure the Online permissions are correct for the service location
    Tip: load another client profile to check their settings

7. Change the status to active and select Save once the profile has been updated.

After you have activated the service location please activate the Admin location.

How to Activate the Admin Location

1. Select the admin location from the client tree.

2. Update the Status to Active and hit save.
